High Quality Cantilever Asymmetric Double Spiral Cone Mixer

Working Principle: Our Main Products: With the rapid rotation of the two non-symmetrical spirals of the mixer, the material is lifted upward to form two asymmetrical spiral material flows alongthe bottom of the cylinder arm (see Figures A and B). The spiral revolution driven by the cantilever causes the material outside the spiral to enter the stud envelope at different degrees. Part of the materialis dislocation promoted and the other part is thrown out of the stud, so as to achieve continuousupdating and diffusion of the material in the ful circumferential direction. The two strands of materials lifted meet to meet in the central cavity, forming a downward flow of material which complementsthe cavity at the bottom, thus forming a convective cycle.(See Figures A,B,C,D,and E.)Due to the above-mentioned compounding of the motion, the materials are uniformly mixed in a relatively shortperiod of time and the degree of mixing is high.(See E figure)

Overview:

The DSH-type cantilever asymmetric double helix prototype mixer is the most widely used,most demanded and most novel type of machine in many mixer. Two asymmetrical spirals rotates during working,and revolves around the cone wall to promote the omni-directional flow of material in the machine and achieve high-precision uniform mixing in a short time. It is widely used in chemical,pesticides,dyes,medicine,food,feed,feed additives, petroleum, metallurgy, mining and other industries in the powder and powder liquid mixing equipment.

Technical Services:
Technical handover includes engineering and design of a full set of process technology.We propose to provide the following services, including consulting services, installation guidance, commissioning, trial production guidance and training.

Aftersales Service:
Equipment warranty for 1 year (consumer parts: except for shredding discs and ring gears). The warranty period for bearings is as follows: one year of operation for 8 hours of service is warranted for one year; one day of operation for more than20 hours is warranted for 6 months.The cost to the buyer's factory within five days is included in the total price of the equipment and the customer provides an international round-trip ticket.For more than 5 days, the service fee will be charged at 145 USD per day per person.If the customer is all ready to install the mill, the equipment can be installed and debugged basically for three days.We are responsible for guiding the installation and commissioning.

Responsibility of Buyer and Seller:
Seller:We will provide installation and commissioning and engineering technical support. The scope of the provision will be defined in detail within the contract. Buyer:The supply of equipment and installations, technical data, and construction materials for local supply are provided by the buyer:- Power supply and cable- Parts that are not mentioned in the quotation or that are explained by the local supply.The following work and services are the buyer's responsibilities:- Equipment transportation costs- Equipment installation, commissioning, commissioning personnel, except for supplier personnel- Sufficient raw materials and storage equipment for commissioning- Transportation tools, cranes and lifting devices-The customer need to arranges 2~3 installers to install the equipment.

Delivery and Payment Terms:

Upon receiving the deposit, we will offer the following technical services:1. Design for your production line flow and equipment layout, free of charge;2. Free technical suggestions on adjusting of equipment layout and application.5. Equipment upgrading (customers need to pay the cost);

Quality Assurance:

Established several QC departments to execute quality control regulations;4. Detailed quality control examples:(1) Complete files for quality control and quality feedback;(2) Strict inspection for the components of our grinding mills, to assure products free of damage and avoid rust-eaten and paint peeling off later on.(3) Only qualified components will be assembled and total equipment must be inspected completely before sale.

After Sale Service:
1. We will send our technician to the site for guiding equipment installation and commissioning.2. During the installation and commissioning, we offer operator training service.3. The quality assurance date is one year after commissioning. And after that, we will collect the cost if provide repairing for your equipment.4. Maintenance for equipment failure caused by improper handling (appropriate cost will be collected).5. We offer the components with favorable price and perdurable maintenance.6. If equipment repairing is needed after quality assurance date is expired, we will collect maintenance cost.
